倶利伽羅峠周辺は、八重桜、新緑、紅葉などの四季折々の自然の変化を楽しむことができます。また、古い古墳をはじめ、奈良時代にできた砺波関跡や源平古墳場など、数々の遺構や遺跡に加え、江戸時代の道番人屋敷跡や茶屋跡などもあり、いにしえ街道の賑わいを彷彿させています。

Around the Kurikara Pass, visitors can enjoy seasonal changes in nature, such as double cherry blossoms, fresh greenery, and autumn leaves.In addition, there are numerous remains and ruins, including an old burial mound, the site of the Tonami Seki gate built in the Nara period (710-794) and the Genpei ancient battlefield, as well as the ruins of a road guard house and a teahouse from the Edo period, which remind us of the bustle of the road in the ancient times.
