Nature of Kurikara

If you are lucky, you can also see the Japanese serows near the IR Kurikara station, which are now also inhabiting the Kurikara area.

In spite of the low mountainous terrain in the Sarukeba area (210m) of Kurikara Mountain, a beech forest exists.  In general, beech is a plant of the cool temperate zone. During the Ice Age, it grew in the plains and low hills, but when the Ice Age ended and the weather warmed, it moved to the higher mountains where the environment was more suitable. However, it was not able to grow near the tops of low, independent mountains, so it adapted to the surrounding environment and survived to the present day.

The Fudogaike pond at the Kurikara-Fudo Temple in the Kurikara district of Tsubata Town is the birthplace of the “Kurikara-Fudosonn” pond dedicated to the Okunoin temple in the Fudo Temple precincts, and used to be fed by underground water.  The pond was once fed by underground water, but due to recent landslide control measures, the pond is now depleted and has been restored with tap water.   The pond is now depleted and has been restored with tap water.  Fudogaike is located across the Hokuriku Road, a Historical National Road, and down from the parking lot across the street. There is a hall that houses a stone Buddha, Fudosonn-Zo, which attracts many worshippers along with Honzonn “Kurikara-Fudo-Myoo”.

According to the legend of Kurikara-Fudo Temple, in 718 (Yoroi 2), when the Indian high priest Zenmui Sanzo visited Kurikara to pray for the spread of Buddhism in Japan, a black dragon (Kurikara Fudo Myoo) is said to have ascended to heaven from the Fudo-gaike pond.

  1. This is the perfect blog for anyone who wishes to find out about this topic. You understand so much its almost hard to argue with you (not that I actually would want toÖHaHa). You definitely put a brand new spin on a topic that has been discussed for many years. Excellent stuff, just great!

  2. Can I simply say what a relief to uncover someone who really understands what they are discussing on the internet. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it important. More people ought to look at this and understand this side of the story. I cant believe you arent more popular since you certainly have the gift.

Hey there would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re working with?
I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and
Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different
then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

  5. Peter Arenas より:

You’ve made some good points there. I checked on the web for
additional information about the issue and found most individuals will go along with your views
    on this web site.
